Our Team...

Neema Fallon - CEO & Founder

Neema has  worked in several different fields, in 2006 he developed a small business by the name of Fallon Production Studio's. During this time Neema created print products, architecture blue prints. Neema at this time was in charge of fundraising efforts for the Fletcher High School Mock Trial Team.

   
In early 2008 Neema stumbled upon web design, he has since fallen in love with all aspects of web services, in mid 2008 Neema joined Yovia and quickly rose thru the ranks, starting as a part time blogger, eventually working his way up to Project Manager within 6 months. Neema realized he wanted to spend more time focused on his on business and left Yovia. He then worked on finding clients who would benefit from cost effective social media marketing and Fallon Enterprise's other solutions. Neema states, " Small business's need our help during these tough times and they cant afford the ineffective marketing of the past. My mission is to help out both business's and individuals alike.

Shawn Gavaghan - Community Manager

Shawn has worked as a Stage tech for numerous productions. He has designed several databases for major companies.
